As owner or admin, invite members by email. Each member claims a seat when they accept. Only owner/admin can invite, remove, or manage the group — members cannot act on anyone else's behalf.

Small teams: get a group photo too

Beyond everyone's individual portfolio, teams of 8 people or fewer can also generate a single composite image with the whole group together in one shot — a genuine "team photo". Among our packs that's Corporate Team 5. We're upfront about the limit: above 8 people we don't squeeze the group into one frame and degrade the result. Larger teams still get everyone's own individual set — a combined single-image "team photo" simply isn't available above 8 today.

8 people or fewer: single composite

One AI-generated image with the whole group rendered together in a single pass — ideal for a small cast, a band, or a compact team like Corporate Team 5.

More than 8: individual sets, no combined image (yet)

Every member still gets their own individually generated portrait set — we just don't offer a single combined "everyone together" image above 8 people today, and there's no automatic grid or cast-board generated for larger groups.

Only the group owner or an admin can trigger a team composite — members simply upload their own photos and receive their own images.

Team Questions

Team packs are seat-based. Buying a pack grants a fixed number of seats — for example, Cast & Crew 25 grants 25 seats. Each member claims one seat when they accept their invite, so you can add members up to the seat count. The owner buys the seats; members just join and upload.

A team has one shared photo wallet, owned by the group owner. Every member's individual set (and, for teams of 8 or fewer, any team composite) is billed against that single wallet — not split across each member's own account. Only the owner or an admin can top it up or manage it.

Yes. Each invited member creates their own account and uploads their own reference photos privately. They get their own trained personal AIFolio model and professional set, exactly like a solo AIFolio shoot — it is simply billed to the team wallet instead of their own.

For teams of 8 people or fewer, yes — a single combined image with everyone together (among our packs, that's Corporate Team 5). Above 8 we don't generate a combined image, rather than degrading one frame past what it can reliably hold. Every member still gets their own individual set regardless of team size; there is no automatic grid or cast-board generated for larger groups.

Yes. The group owner or an admin can invite new members (up to the seat count) or remove existing ones at any time — a plain member cannot act on the group or on other members' behalf. For more than 50 people, or anything bespoke, get in touch at hello@aifolio.co.uk.

Employee photos are treated as personal data with clear consent and GDPR-aligned, UK-appropriate handling. Images aren't reused beyond producing your headshots. Full detail is in our privacy policy, and our team can walk your People/Legal function through it.

An admin adds seats and sends invites from one dashboard, tracks who has uploaded, and approves the final look. Adding new joiners later uses the same flow and the same style, so your team page stays consistent over time.

No. A handful of clear phone selfies is enough — no camera, lighting or studio required, and no travel for anyone working remotely.
