1. Who We Are

AIFolio is a service operated by AIFolio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using AIFolio you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

AIFolio generates professional AI portrait photographs (“Portraits”) from photos you upload (“Source Images”). You purchase photo packs; each photo allows you to generate one Portrait. Training your personal AI model is included in every pack.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You must upload only images of yourself or images for which you have explicit rights and consent.
• You must not upload images of third parties without their written consent.
• You must not use the service to create deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content.

3. Photos and Payment

Photos are sold in packs (Instant, Portfolio, Signature, Executive). Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Photos do not expire. Photos are non-transferable and tied to your account. Payment is processed securely via Stripe; we do not store your card details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AIFolio to:

• Upload images of minors or sexually explicit material.
• Impersonate another person or create misleading identity material.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract model weights.
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your Source Images. You grant AIFolio Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your Source Images solely to provide the service. Source Images and trained model weights are deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

Generated Portraits are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell raw generated outputs as stock photography or train competing AI models with them.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that Portraits will meet every professional standard. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIFolio Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
